The Red Owl Group is a volunteer, community-led effort, so please allow a little time for a reply — we read every message. Whether you want to propose a petition, correct the public record, share a document, volunteer to gather signatures, or simply learn more about reform through referendum and Constitutional Revision within the MHA Nation, this is the place to start. Your voice helps keep our government transparent and accountable to our people.
